HB 1242, unlike any other pro-life bill, will decisively end abortion in North Dakota.

The side issues raised by the Catholic Bishops and Right to Life are irrelevant to this central point.

A yes vote ends abortion in North Dakota; a no vote continues it.

That is the choice.

Please vote your conscience. This is literally a life or death matter.

It is the babies waiting to be born who need protection. This bill provides it.

HB 1242 criminalizes everyone who intentionally takes the child's life. No one is singled out; all are included. Thus it provides COMPLETE PROTECTION to the defenseless child from ALL aggressors.

This is simple justice. We would do no less for a toddler.

For the sake of those who are daily slaughtered in the name of "choice," please exercise your choice today to restore the sanctity of life in North Dakota.

25 little children are killed before birth in North Dakota every week. They will never have the opportunity to breathe air, look upon a human face, or hear a kind word.

Yet, they deserve the same opportunity to live that we have received.

Please welcome the unborn back into the human family with the same legal protection given to the rest of us. Your Heavenly Father, their Creator, will honor you for it.
